I was looking to buy a 22lr in an AR platform. I have a 556 chambered mil spec AR but as we all know the price of ammo is not getting any cheaper. I looked at another22LR but it did not seem like something I wanted mainly because it felt like a toy in my hands. I spotted a video on the Tippmann Arms line up and fell in love with Micro Elite Pistol. After watching several videos, some more than once ( Thanks Plinkster and others ) I ordered this little hot rod. It feels like a real weapon and not a toy. It's a solid quality build with a real nickel bolt. It's more money but quality is never the cheapest option. If you decide to buy this pistol you will not be disappointed.

Ordered it, and received it quickly and without any problems or hangups. This is one cool little gun! Eats pretty much everything you put through it. High quality components, and about as close to an actual MSR that you see with those that shoot 5.56 and .223 that you're going to get. It's not plasticky like other .22 AR style (MSR) rifles, they use high quality components! This fun little plinker runs great suppressed (Gemtech Lunar 9, Obsidian 9), and uses the standard 1/2x28 threading on the barrel with a standard, removable flash hider.
Couldn't recommend this one any higher!
Even with a cool three position fire control selector I'm not sure you could put a binary trigger on a Tippmann Arms M-4 -22. Their safety is proprietary and installing an aftermarket safety lever is half the function on a binary trigger system. Maybe this might be better answered by the manufacturer?
The M4-22 is high quality and the most fun to shoot out of my entire collection, over 300 rounds and no malfunctions, that is crazy. Love this gun and love the new fde model.
Just picked this up from my ffl. This pistol is so cool, minus one thing. One of the bonus cool factors of the pistol was "AUTO" on the selector switch. Of course, it doesn't have that feature, but every picture and video review pistol has the "AUTO" stamped on there for extra coolness. Mine does not. Pictures and reviews are misleading. For that, I'm disappointed. Was planning on dropping a binary trigger to utilize the "AUTO" but the pistol doesn't have it stamped there like in the pictures or videos. Other than that, everything else is awesome.
